Responsibilities: Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics. Well-versed about the brands and sharing the knowledge with valued clients. Providing excellent service to clients in line with the brand's rules. Initiating connections and building relationships with both existing and new clients. Managing and preserving clients information and preferences. Continuously boosting sales to meet monthly targets. Monitor sales flow, stock, and shipment. Stand by for inquiries and ensure effective follow-ups to drive conversion. Requirement & Qualifications: Target oriented, high integrity and trustworthy Effective in persuasive communication Energetic and outgoing interpersonal Good notion in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Self-motivated with a proactive approach to follow up Having experience in luxury brand is a plus.
