Role Overview: Managing the distributors assigned to negotiate the sales campaigns and build the assets Promoting the Company’s products through multiple sales activities including meetings, seminars and workshops Effectively conduct advisor trainings to train advisors to understand the Company’s products Prepare the sales promotion proposals for regular sales campaigns Achieve the pre-determined sales and AUM targets assigned by the Company Gathering marketing intelligence from distributors to share other functional team internally The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: Degree in a business, economics, finance and/or related discipline SITCA licensed sales professional Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills CFA, CAIA, FRM and/related qualifications is a plus Fluent in both Chinese and English - verbal and written Minimum 3 years of extensive distributor management experience and proven sales track Ability to work in teams and independently Understanding of client service, client base and prospecting efforts Strategic and creative thinker Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing with manager Client focused, have a desire to deliver best of breed client service Highly organized Very high attention to details Actively listens to the client needs and understands their expectations while recognizing the importance of meeting and exceeding them Shows determination in achieving objectives that have been agreed Takes ownership of problems and accepts responsibility for resolving them; knows when to involve others Sets high standards of excellence and focuses on achieving them Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship.
