ABOUT THE ROLE
You will administer commercial clients’ insurance requirements daily including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, invoicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with Commercial Clients, Account Executives, Colleagues, Underwriters and Business Development Managers
· Provide a proactive and timely service to commercial clients
· Administer commercial clients’ needs and requirements throughout the policy period. This will include responding to queries, processing Mid-Term Adjustments
· Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring information is stored appropriately
· Produce accurate and timely documents
· Obtain insurer documentation
· Liaise with Account Executives to ensure appropriate strategy for renewals
· Undertake market exercises to establish most competitive terms available
· Obtain renewal terms and create comprehensive client presentations
