Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Country Retail Training Manager, the Client Advisor drives and keens to share the wealth of experience, to join our Training Team.
The ideal candidate should be able to up-skill our CA Team using their superior diary management and appointment activation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver Client Advisor coaching programs
  • Ensure best practices in customer service are followed in all clinics
  • Consistently monitor and evaluate training delivered
  • Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
  • Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
  • Conduct induction programs for new joiners
  • Administer on-the-job training
  • Develop and update training modules
