Description Winter Semester (December 2025 - April 2026) Are you curious about a career in accounting, but want to try it on before committing? Our dynamic internship is intended to provide training and a hands-on introduction to accounting basics. Consider this opportunity as your gateway to the world of accounting—offering immersive, hands-on training that goes beyond the basics. Join our vibrant Client Advisory Services team and make a real impact by supporting clients with a variety of essential accounting tasks. The primary day-to-day responsibilities involve entering vendor invoices (accounts payable), performing bank reconciliations, and other intern-level accounting tasks. Desired skills include ability to meet deadlines, be proactive, and provide consistent and proactive communication to team members. Upon successful passing of provided training courses, you will be awarded a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and Bill.com certification, which is an excellent resume builder for future accounting opportunities! Responsibilities Enter A/P transactions via Bill.com and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Code bank feed transactions within QuickBooks Online or other accounting software Complete basic bank reconciliations Prepare budget templates Become familiar and engaged with the firm’s personnel, policies and procedures Have fun and learn! Responsibilities
