Responsibilities The Senior Sales Agent works directly with clients to assess their financial situation and guide them through lending and debt restructuring options. This role requires professionalism, strong consultative selling skills, and strict adherence to compliance standards. Agents are expected to operate with accountability, manage pipelines effectively, and consistently work assigned leads to conversion.
