As a Client Agent Advocate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will act as an advocate for our clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.* Understand and anticipate clients’ needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.* Serve as an advocate for clients within the company, addressing their concerns and working to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.* Collaborate with various departments within the company, including sales, production, and shipping, to ensure that client orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.* Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions, including orders, inquiries, and complaints.* Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to identify new opportunities for growth.Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field.* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.* Knowledge of the nursery and landscape industry is a plus.* Highly organized and detail-oriented.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Why Work for Us?At J.
