Are you an experienced office all-rounder looking for a friendly, professional workplace – either full-time or part-time with steady hours?
Clarke & Wright, a well-regarded Estate Planning firm in Shrewsbury, is seeking a reliable and organised Client and Legal Case Support Assistant to join our growing team. This varied role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, delivering excellent client service, and supporting the professional staff with case management.
Please note: Applicants must have at least three years’ experience in a similar office-based role and be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing first-class support for clients and professional staff
  • Answering the phone and taking accurate messages
  • Handling incoming and outgoing emails
  • Entering information into legal drafting systems
  • Collecting information from clients and keeping them updated on progress
  • Chasing missing information and client responses
  • Managing your own case list, working closely with paralegals and lawyers
  • Updating information in spreadsheets and our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role
  • A friendly, polite, and professional manner in person and on the phone
  • Good IT skills – confident with email, spreadsheets, and basic office systems
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational habits
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Reliable transport to our office at Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury
