ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Assistant to handle a variety of financial and administrative tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Payroll Assistance – Support payroll processing and related duties.
Bank Reconciliations – Ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Vendor Communication – Handle payment inquiries, invoicing, and correspondence.
Credit Card Analysis & Coding – Maintain accurate financial data.
Tour & Road Report Reconciliations – Track expenses and ensure proper financial reporting.
Client & Account Management Support – Assist Account Managers with financial tasks and operations.
