Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for our clients, coordinating every detail of their experience with care and precision.
Track and manage a high volume of moving parts—client onboarding, paperwork, follow-ups, birthdays, reviews, and other moments that matter.
Anticipate client needs and ensure no ball is dropped—ever.
Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Work closely with advisors and custodians (like Schwab, Fidelity, etc.) to ensure every client request is handled with excellence.
Learn and grow into the role—potentially even into a licensed financial professional, if that path appeals to you.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Personable: You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to make others feel seen and valued.
Detail-Obsessed: You have a sixth sense for what could fall through the cracks—and you won’t let it.
Reliable: Your follow-through is second to none.
Tech-Comfortable: You pick up systems quickly (we’ll train you on ours).
Curious and Coachable: You’re eager to learn and open to feedback.
Calm Under Pressure: You can juggle a lot and still keep a smile on your face.
No prior financial experience required
Prior experience in client service, operations executive support or project management a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
