Description Summary: Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking for a full-time Client Audit Specialist to join our team in Plymouth, MN. This position will work closely with external client auditors and internal teams to ensure that client requested deliverables are processed accurately and on time. The Client Audit Specialist is also responsible for preparing, coordinating, and assisting with on-site and remote client audits as assigned. Essential Functions and Duties: Prepare audit deliverables from the client ensuring data accuracy and timely fulfillment Gather documentation and run reports needed to support audit requests Perform and develop regular internal audits in key risk areas Work with the Client Audit Team in developing a comprehensive working knowledge of audit protocols, standards, common findings, and best practices Organize and maintain client audit information that includes (but is not limited to) reports, findings, recommendations, remediation, and any other documents as appropriate Continually monitor progress of assigned audits, regularly updating the Client Audit Team on audit status, challenges, or potential risks Coordinate the scheduling of on-site audits and communications regarding 3rd party visitors All other duties as assigned Benefits & Perks Include: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance HSA & FSA Accounts 401K, with 4% company contribution (after 1 year of service) Paid time off (17 days per year) Paid holidays off (7 days per year + a floating holiday) Company Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Building amenities include: Free parking, onsite restaurant, & onsite free gym Requirements Required Education & Experience: High School or equivalent Additional post-secondary education/degree (preferred) Competencies: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and accountability Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to perform in the face of tight deadlines and challenges Ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously with differing levels of urgency Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial, but training is available if you have a solid foundation Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role operates in a professional office setting, routinely working with standard office equipment. Generally, due to the nature of this office position, the person in this role would be required to talk and hear, sit or stand for long period of time, and use their hands and fingers, to handle and feel. Wage Disclaimer: The starting wage for this position is $19.25/hour. The wage range for this position is $19.25/hour to $24.00/hour.
