Job Description Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts by driving revenue, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering tailored commercial solutions. Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end client engagement while ensuring seamless administration through internal systems. Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts Lead contract negotiations and deliver customized, high-impact proposals Adapt sales strategies and messaging to align with evolving client needs and market dynamics Collaborate cross-functionally (customer service, legal, finance, operations) to achieve business objectives Analyze sales performance, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate reporting to support forecasting and planning Provide regular updates to stakeholders on client progress, risks, and opportunities Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales or client management, preferably in an international environment Skills & Competencies: Solid experience in selling services and solutions Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset Analytical thinker with high attention to detail Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into growth strategies Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluency in English and Bulgarian Experience with CRM and platform solutions Personal Qualities: Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset Ready to take the next step in your career?
