• Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries.
• Assisting clients at the front desk and offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Making appointments and managing bookings.
• Producing invoices and processing payments.
• Handling cash and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
