Description

We are looking for a Client Care & Case Coordinator to join our firm! This is a challenging role that requires using and expanding legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be personable and professional - including the understanding of excellent business etiquette. This role requires the Client Care & Case Coordinator to monitor case flow, track hours, all while working closely with multiple Paralegals, Attorneys and occasionally clients who need support. You must be a team player to work with us! One or more years of experience working in Family Law Case Management is preferred!

SKILLS

  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with clients and data
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of large amounts of data
  • Comfortable dealing with difficult situations
  • Handling difficult situations but escalating issues when needed
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficient experience with legal Client Management software, such as Clio.
  • Knowledge of Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Legal Team by being able to manage case files and track progress.
  • Monitor cases closely to ensure that they are advancing in a timely manner and through the correct processes
  • Tracking attorney and paralegal billable hours to ensure that goals are being met
  • Collaborate with the Billing Manager to discuss the status of client accounts and identify issues that may need to be addressed or resolved.
  • Communicate with clients in a personable, professional manner about account/case concerns or questions
