JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients within our medical and dental office. This position requires a compassionate individual who can effectively manage patient inquiries, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate electronic medical records. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a medical or dental office setting.

  • Proficient in using electronic medical records systems; experience with specific EMR software is a plus.
