Client Care Coordinator – Part-Time Permanent
Hamilton Kids Physio is a bright and energetic private pediatric physiotherapy clinic exclusively for children (birth to 18 years). Many of our clients have chronic physical, neurological or congenital disorders. Others are young athletes, community sport participants or children with activity or growth-related injuries.
Kids Physio Group began in British Columbia in 2010 and has since expanded across Canada.

We are looking for a permanent part-time Client Care Coordinator to join our Hamilton team. This is a permanent part-time position – approximately 13.5-15.5 hours per week.

  • Mondays 10:00am-3:30pm & 3:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Tuesdays 4:00pm – 7:30pm
  • Wednesdays 3:30pm- 7:30pm
  • Thursdays 3:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Occasional Saturday 8:00-3:00
  • Sundays 9:00am-1:00pm

Starting wage $17.60 - $19.75/ hour, based on experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • High school Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, andPowerPoint, as well as their Drive equivalents
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team
  • Ability to maintain meticulous records
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organization

QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL GIVE YOU A LEG UP:

  • Post-secondary degree in an applicable field
  • Experience with Jane app
  • Experience in managing third-party service providers
  • Social Media experience
  • First Aid skills and/or certificates
  • Experience working with children
