We’re now looking for a compassionate and service-minded Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team and help support our patients throughout their healing journey.
About the Role:
This is a vital front-of-house and clinical support role. You’ll be the welcoming first contact for our patients and a consistent point of reassurance, helping people feel calm, cared for, and confident as they navigate their care with us.

Client Engagement & Service:

  • Welcome patients warmly and guide them through their appointments with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, reschedules, and follow-ups with care and precision
  • Respond to phone, email, and social media enquiries in a helpful, timely way
  • Discuss care plans, payment options, and appointment schedules in a confident but kind manner
  • Keep patient records accurate and confidential
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable reception and clinic space to promote a positive experience

In-Clinic Support:

  • Prepare and guide patients using therapy equipment (training provided)
  • Perform non-invasive scans and observations with sensitivity and attention to patient comfort
  • Support the chiropractors by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring smooth clinical flow
  • Offer gentle assistance and supervision as patients navigate in-clinic rehabilitation activities

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A natural communicator with strong empathy and a desire to help people
  • Someone calm under pressure with great attention to detail
  • Experience in healthcare, patient services, or customer care preferred
  • Comfortable discussing finance and care options with patients
  • Proactive, dependable, and confident in a small, close-knit team
  • Flexible and happy working a mix of early, late, and Saturday morning shifts
  • Willing to learn and assist with light physical support tasks and rehab equipment use

Bonus: Familiarity with social media or practice software is a plus
