Description:
You will be the face of the clinic. As the first point of contact for all current and new clients, you will be responsible for helping community members start their pelvic health journey.

We are York Region’s first and only Physiotherapy clinic dedicated to treating men, women, and children with pelvic health concerns. We have a strong reputation in the community and have established ourselves as the leading Pelvic Health provider in Markham.
The client care coordinator has the following dimensions:
Sales:
- Communicate the value that we provide to new client leads over the phone.
- Strong ability for story-telling to demonstrate how we have helped similar clients in the past
- Ability to “read the room” and understand how someone feels in order to react accordingly
- Convert leads on the phone into in-person clients
- Cross-Sell existing clients to services that may be beneficial to them
Customer Care:
- Ensure that clients have a seamless experience from the time they arrive to the time they step out the door
- Provide a personable, empathetic and friendly experience on the phone and in person
Clinic Operations:
- Responsible for booking and rebooking plan of care with clients
- Accountable for clinic and treatment room readiness at the start and end of each day
- Perform clinic opening and closing operations
- Process payments, correct billing errors, balance end-of-day corrections, manage petty cash
- Verify and collect patient information on our electronic medical recording system
- Assist with preparing exercise sheets, patient information, and clinical recommendations for healthcare providers
- Managing & optimizing multiple healthcare provider’s schedules
Clinic Growth:
- Assist in community outreach initiatives
- Assist in program planning, clinic growth initiatives, and marketing efforts
- Assist with clinic process improvement initiatives
- Assist with implementing marketing strategies
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a field that offers excellent customer service (front desk/administrative work is a bonus)
- Experience in Sales is a bonus
- Be eager to learn and ready to actively contribute to a growing healthcare team
- Be warm and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- Be professional and dependable with a strong attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Minimum of Grade 12 Education or Equivalent
- Computer competency: Microsoft Word, Excel, EMR Systems, E-mail
- Be proficient in English; additional languages spoken are a bonus
- Have strong verbal/oral and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of common pelvic health conditions to be able to answer client questions appropriately
- Be outcomes driven to help the clinic grow and succeed
