Hours: 37.5 hours
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £22,781.00 to £25,059.10 (dependant on experience and skills)
What is a Client Care Coordinator?

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Care Coordinator to join our vibrant new team at our South Yorkshire center. Here, you will work alongside a friendly group of colleagues, all committed to empowering our clients to make informed reproductive choices that are right for them.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll take on a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your role will include conducting phone consultations, processing data, archiving records, managing the reception desk, and directly supporting clients throughout their care journey with MSI UK. This dynamic role offers plenty of room for growth and development based on your skills and competencies.
