Job Overview:
The primary focus of this role is sales and business growth. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for converting inquiries into clients, developing referral relationships, and meeting sales goals. This is a client-facing role that requires confidence, strong communication, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new client admissions by responding quickly to inquiries and closing sales.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess care needs and present Home Instead services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up in CRM system.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and families to drive satisfaction and referrals

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience is required (healthcare, senior services, or related field preferred).
  • Strong ability to close sales and achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive drive to succeed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
