Description The Client Care position will interface with customers, internal sales, shipping personnel, inventory department, and customer support. This position will provide the first point of contact for many customers and visitors to CTI by providing a high level of customer service over the phone and in person. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Answer customer phone calls and distribute as appropriate. · Process sales orders via our CRM. · Distribute general inbox emails to CTI personnel and handle customer requests. · Send order acknowledgments to customers confirming shipments and shipment dates with copies of appropriate paperwork. · Continually maintain customer data in our CRM. · Review shipping paperwork as needed. · Assist with invoicing as needed. Requirements Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework or other formal training in related field (preferred). · High attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent reading comprehension. · Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
