Client Care Customer Service Receptionist Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and composure. High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with office software and data entry systems; experience with WellSky is a plus. Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions: Client Communication & Call Management Manager Client Care Line, handling 80-120 calls daily Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, identifying the caller’s needs, addressing concerns when possible, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Assess and resolve caller issues directly when appropriate or escalate and hand off to the relevant team member or department for further support. Communicate promptly and professionally with internal team members via email, ensuring all correspondence is properly documented and supports timely coordination and follow-up Administrative Support Accurately update client and caregiver profiles and schedules in WellSky in real time. Coordinate and send monthly birthday cards to clients and caregivers. Assemble and distribute client information packets for new and existing clients. Provide administrative support to the operations team, including assistance with special projects as assigned. Responsibilities
