CLIENT CARE & FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR

Kre8tive Karma is a Calgary-based gifting company that creates thoughtfully curated gift baskets and custom gifting experiences featuring local and Canadian-made products. We help our corporate, real estate and personal gifting clients in creating meaningful connections through beautiful, high-quality, and heartfelt gifts.
We are looking for a full-time contractor to join our team in a role focused on client care and order fulfillment. This position will work closely with our owner and production assistants to ensure every order is handled with care, from the moment a client reaches out to the moment their gift is delivered. While you may assist with occasional gift building, your main focus will be client communication, order management, and fulfillment logistics.

• Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and customization requests
• Manage incoming orders and ensure accuracy in processing
• Coordinate deliveries, shipping, and pickup schedules
• Prepare invoices, update order records, and track fulfillment progress
• Maintain organized storage areas and inventory records
• Assist with merchandising and receiving products
• Provide friendly, professional customer service through email, phone, and in person
• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
