  • You have experience in home care, health care, or the senior-related industry (or equivalent education and work experience)?
  • You have managerial or supervisory experience (preferred, not required)?
  • You have strong computer and Microsoft Office skills?
  • You’re confident training others and have knowledge of personal care services?
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can prioritize your workload independently?
  • You have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record?
  • You can pass a criminal background check?
  • You have at least an associate’s degree?
Responsibilities
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with potential clients and families
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions for every new client and every new CAREGiver
  • Create and update client and responsible party records from quality assurance visits
  • Plan and execute a regular schedule for quality assurance home visits
  • Adjust service plans as client needs evolve to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Address and help resolve client/family issues as they arise
  • Monitor, log, and support all client and CAREGiver activity using our software
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and training to CAREGivers
  • Assist as a trainer for various caregiving topics
  • Participate in quarterly CAREGiver meetings
  • Demonstrate open, effective communication in a team-focused environment
  • Manage and support the Client Care team
  • Reflect company values and follow all policies and procedures
