THE OPPORTUNITY

They are looking for a Client Care Manager to join their growing team. Key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Client Care Team.
  • Ensuring we are ready to provide an amazing client experience by ensuring that the opening and closing of the office are completed each day in line with the checklists.
  • Responsible for multiple diaries including all members of the Exec Team and the Advisory Team.
  • Responsible for the maintaining and updating of all client data with SeventySeven and SJP.
  • Ensure data entry and document filing adhere to the 77wm procedures, taking responsibility for ensuring that rigor is maintained so that all client and 77wm data is accurate and easy to identify and retrieve.
  • Responsible for contacting each client at least once a year to invite them in for an annual review.
  • Working with and assisting all team members whenever possible and working closely with a team.
  • Guide and support your team to ensure maximum contributions of the team to the company’s operations.
  • Ensuring you and your team work within the SeventySeven values.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly motivated and dedicated to providing excellent Client Care together with managing the Client Care Team.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to quickly establish and maintain client rapport.
  • Professional mature approach to all aspects of the business
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator who is able to work as part of a team
  • Able to work to deadlines as there are time critical elements of the role such as withdrawals and switches to be processed. Also able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Show initiative and commitment to completing tasks
  • A “can do” and positive attitude.
  • Experience of managing a team

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven relationship building skills and with a desire to deliver excellent client service with each and every client transaction. You will have experience of managing a small team and whilst not essential, knowledge of the financial services industry would be fantastic.
