CLIENT CARE MANAGER FULL TIME POSITION

Are you an experienced registered practical nurse (RPN), seeking a rewarding career that cares for others in a professional practice that cares for you? As a Client Care Manager you will assess and determine client care needs, engage with clients, caregivers and other healthcare professionals. Building strong relationships, creative on building our services and ensuring a positive experience. Ideally, you are passionate about health care, have excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging clients and internal staff. Whether you work in the office, in the community, or a health care facility, you will play a lead role.

  • Job Type & Duration: Permanent, Full-time
  • Salary Range: $68,000 to $72,000 yearly
  • Shift Information: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Number of Positions Open: 2 new vacant position

OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario .
  • Over 3 years of nursing experience in Long Term Care, Community and Retirement facilities
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certificate is preferable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership skills, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to communicate to our residents, their families, colleagues, etc., in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Comfortable with building business relationships and community engagement
  • Effective time management skills to work under specified time constraints and in accordance with job routines, while observing policies and procedures as well as applicable work standards and safety regulations.
  • The ability to focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters.
  • Vulnerable sector screen, and satisfactory professional references.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
