For Health’s Sake is a Multidisciplinary Health 5 star Clinic. We have 3 locations, one in Leslieville, Etobicoke and Downtown, Toronto. We are currently looking to add a Receptionists/Client Care Representative to our Downtown location (Queen St West and Spadina).
At our Clinic, we have: Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Psychotherapy, and Naturopathic Medicine.

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and hardworking person to help continue our growth. We need someone who has a strong work ethic, is solution oriented, and ultimately able to complete our daily tasks.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS;
*Previous experience in a multidisciplinary health clinic is a strong asset.
Professional, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome. Strong administrative skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Outgoing with strong sales skills. Willingness to take initiative to pitch in when needed. Proficient with technology, quick learner when it comes to new computer systems (experience with Jane app an asset).
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The hours we are currently looking to fill are: Weekly Schedule (32 hours/week):
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO);
-Opening and/or closing of the clinic
-Greeting and assisting clients with bookings and re-arranging appointments
-Completing daily billing and reconciling reports
-Direct billing to insurance companies
-Answering phones and emails, and providing outbound calls as needed.
-Managing practitioner schedules
- Complete daily task list
- Light cleaning duties in clinic (including laundry)
