What you'll do Be the first point of contact for customers; answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date with customer information and service details. Coordinate with our technicians to ensure appointments, updates, and notes flow smoothly. Requirements Experience in customer service or call center environments (home services experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills; friendly, clear, and confident on the phone.
