As a Client Care Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring families receive exceptional service and support from the moment they inquire about our programs. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families.
• Manage the intake process, gather essential information, and schedule initial sessions.
• Advocate for families, ensuring they understand our services and feel supported throughout their journey.
• Coordinate transitions in ABA programs, ensuring a smooth experience for families.
• Communicate with our clinical team to ensure every client’s needs are met, while maintaining accurate and timely records.

This is a customer service-oriented role that requires a compassionate approach and excellent organizational skills. You’ll be the bridge that connects our families to the therapy they need, all while making a positive impact on their lives.
