Responsibilities

As a Client Care Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring families receive exceptional service and support from the moment they inquire about our programs. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you:

  • Manage the intake process, gather essential information, and schedule initial sessions.
  • Advocate for families, ensuring they understand our services and feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate transitions in ABA programs, ensuring a smooth experience for families.
  • Communicate with our clinical team to ensure every client’s needs are met, while maintaining accurate and timely records.
