As a Client Care Specialist, you possess a strong track record for delivering an exceptionally high level of enthusiastic customer service. A bit of what you’ll be doing?

  • Maintaining CRM records, quotes and contact information.
  • File preparation for new leases, extensions, assignments, security agreements.
  • Reaching out to clients regarding regularly scheduled communication touchpoints and follow ups including Lease Maturity Letters.
  • Reviewing vehicle contracts and ensuring department files are complete and properly prepared.
  • Responding to general client inquiries by phone, email or in-person and re-directs or escalates queries as required.
  • Providing administrative support to Account Executives and Sales Director.
  • Front desk reception and administration support.

A typical day:

  • Answering incoming calls, handling customer inquiries and assisting walk-in guests.
  • Assisting assigned Account Executives (and other AE as needed) with Administration requirements.
  • Following up with clients regarding communication touch points including lease maturity letters.
  • Assist with Delivery Board tracking and coordinating deliveries.
  • Processing all lease file documentation in preparation for new leases, extensions, assignments and security agreements.
  • E-filing of all documents
  • Final review of file before going to accounting
  • Confirming insurance coverage on all vehicle deliveries.
  • Ensure and support payment and required documents are received.
  • Processing credit card transactions as requested by Account Executives and Managers.
  • Ensuring that processing of renewal letters and welcome letters are completed as required.
  • Other projects as requested by management.
