WHAT YOU'LL DO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE * Provide professional, responsive service via telephone, email, and in-person interactions. * Build strong relationships with clients and assist with product selections and orders. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and service requests. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Ensure all client requests are handled accurately and efficiently. SUPPORT OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE * Coordinate service requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery that meets client expectations. * Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and processes. * Follow established procedures and best practices for administrative and operational activities. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience. * Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
