You will assist with Insurance qualifications, scheduling appointments with the Therapy team and educating clients and referrals on our outstanding Sleep therapy program and the use of CPAP Equipment. Knowledge of sleep therapy items, Medicare, and insurance guidelines is a huge plus. Key Skill Requirements: Attentiveness to customer needs Ability to communicate clearly and work as a team Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Problem solving Detail-oriented Loves working with customers and referral sources The Client Care Specialist position works as part of a team to serve our patients and referral sources.
