Description:
The Client Care specialist is responsible for ensuring our clients receive the care and attention they deserve once Kisling, Nestico and Redick is retained to represent them for their personal injury claim. Responsibilities include helping clients navigate through their medical treatment, communicating with the legal team, and healthcare providers. This person reports directly to the Intake Manager and acts under his or her direction.
This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare system and the personal injury process. Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting clients through challenging times.

Requirements:

• Understanding of general legal procedures and business practices
• Standard clerical and general office administration procedures
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to exercise good judgment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Must work well in a team atmosphere
• Ability to lift a minimum of twenty pounds
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must type 45 wpm with accuracy
• No Supervisor responsibility
• This is a full time position, standard hours Monday – Friday of 40hours per week. Some overtime, as necessary based upon projects

• Contact with medical providers and clients regarding availability of doctor appointments
• Follow up calls from medical providers when clients are non-compliant with appointments
• Accepting inbound and placing outbound calls
• Notate Case Management Software with all client and doctor communications.
• Consistent and regular communications with clients regarding appointments
• Consistent and regular communications with legal team regarding clients
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
• Combine data from multiple systems
• Regular, consistent, punctual attendance
• Other duties as assigned
