Job Description Support clients through phone calls, emails, and chat to help them access company resources. Build positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain customer satisfaction. Provide virtual online learning support and orientation on our services and tools. Maintain customer feedback records for development and improvement purposes. Submit tickets, complaints, and customer concerns to stakeholders. Implement communication plans with clients as needed from different departments. Work shift from 1 PM to 9 PM. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields. Very good command of English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Very good communication skills.
