About the Role Pressed Floral is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team at our storefront location. This role is ideal for a college student seeking consistent part-time work during the school year with the opportunity for additional hours during the summer. As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be one of the first people our clients interact with and will play an important role in creating a positive experience throughout their floral preservation journey. Whether assisting clients in person, over the phone, or through email, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the care and quality that Pressed Floral is known for. This position is compensated at $16.00 per hour. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week during the fall semester Reduced hours may be available during the winter semester based on class schedules and availability Additional hours may be available during the summer Flexible scheduling available within our storefront hours Our storefront is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and this role will provide coverage during portions of those hours based on availability and business needs. What You'll Do Serve as a primary receptionist and client contact at our storefront Welcome and assist clients who visit our studio Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth Answer questions about our products, preservation process, pricing, and timelines Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients Address client concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks as needed Support day-to-day storefront operations and client experience initiatives Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Comfortable interacting with clients both in person and over the phone Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, or client-facing experience preferred Current college student preferred Why You'll Love Working Here Flexible scheduling that works around your classes Opportunity for increased hours during school breaks and summer Fun, creative, and collaborative work environment Meaningful work helping clients preserve life's most special memories Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company
