The Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The schedule for this role is somewhat flexible as it could be 3-4 full days or 5 partial shifts Monday through Friday. This is something that can be worked out with the selected candidate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Minimum of one year customer service experience
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Punctuality (8:30 am is when we open)
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Customer service driven
· Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multi-task
· Professional appearance

· Professionally administer all incoming calls
· Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
· Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
· Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
· Provide support for payroll department (take hours, enter employee data, etc.)
· Perform a variety of clerical duties
· Handle all shipping needs
· Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights)
· Keep the lobby in nice and neat condition at all times
· Run a few payrolls each week to provide overflow for payroll
· Other duties as assigned
