As the first point of contact for our clients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming, respectful environment. You won't just be answering phones; you will be a guide for our clients—helping them navigate paperwork, understanding their insurance benefits, and ensuring their journey with our counselors is seamless and positive. Requirements: Age/Maturity: Must be at least 18 years of age with a mature, professional demeanor. Experience: Proven experience working with the public; experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to learn and navigate EHR systems and virtual platforms like Clocktree. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information respectfully. Reliability: A track record of punctuality and the flexibility to work two evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) per week. Compliance: Must maintain a current enhanced background check and adhere to all reporting protocols (including abuse reporting per Policy #320). Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance benefits daily. Confidently discuss coverage and billing with clients, collect co-pays/balances, and close daily billing batches. Communication Hub: Manage multi-line phones, address voicemails, and respond to emails promptly. Assist with setting up telehealth appointments and making reminder calls. Administrative Support: Scan documentation into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) with 100% accuracy. Assist the Scheduling and Billing departments as needed. Provider Liaison: Support our counselors and community workers by managing schedules and documentation to ensure a high-quality experience for both staff and clients. Office Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment (including light vacuuming/restocking) to ensure the office remains a professional space. Assist with other office responsibilities as assigned.
