As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies. You will lead a team of PSWs, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the best possible care for our clients. This position will support our staff working in interval care or Congregate care settings, so previous experience working in a Retirement Home or Long Term Care facility is considered an asset. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and possess strong leadership and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to PSWs, including performance management, discipline, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and physicians, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of PSWs and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of care provided by PSWs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
