Description BrainStim Centers, Inc., owned by neurosurgeon Dr. Mark Liker, conducts transcranial magnetic stimulation to help alleviate the discomfort of neural network dysfunctions such as brain injury, depression, anxiety, post-concussive syndrome, post-traumatic stress, and additional concerns. We serve patients referred through professional partnerships and are looking for a highly motivated professional to serve as a Client Case Manager. This individual will play a key role in supporting clients and their patients through their treatment journey while coordinating primarily with the representatives who refer them to us. This essential role requires a steady, assertive professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate difficult conversations with grace, strong case management experience, meticulous attention to detail, and preferably experience working in healthcare or professional services.
