Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Manage your own caseload and inbox
  • Liaise with solicitors and medical consultants by phone and email
  • Log and track key case updates in our CRM system
  • Ensure deadlines and next steps are clear and followed up
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Follow established internal processes with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Case coordinators from finance, utilities, or healthcare
