Overview:
A Client Engagement and Communications Manager oversees client accounts, focusing on delivering effective communication and marketing strategies. You’ll ensure timely project execution, driving success for both the client and agency. This role suits someone skilled in building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects efficiently.
How you’ll make an impact:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Competent technical specialist in internal communications or marketing, reward and benefits.
  • Specific experience in project management, problem solving skills, sound judgement, strong decision making ability, confidence to make difficult decisions
  • Excellent communication skills

EXPERIENCE

  • Creative agency, marketing, communications, consultancy or HR communication experience required.
