We’re looking for an exceptional Client Completion Co-ordinator to be right at the heart of our high-performing Needham Market estate agency office.
This is not a passive, paper-shuffling role. You’ll be in the thick of the action — driving exchange of contracts & completions over the line with pace and precision.

• Owning the post-sale process from offer to completion, keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors, and colleagues informed every step of the way.
• Chasing and driving progress with tenacity – overcoming obstacles, solving problems, and removing roadblocks before they slow us down.
• Managing multiple pipelines with impeccable organisation and attention to detail.
• Spotting risks early and taking decisive action to protect deadlines.
• Delivering an outstanding client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
