A Client Compliance Specialist provides support for all procedures relating to the maintenance of client and matter finance data, the collection and filing of Firm Engagement Letters, and the confirmation of the completeness and accuracy of client and matter billing information for new business. Working with all members of the Client Operations and Finance Departments, the Client Compliance Specialist will also support the review of Client Guidelines and the management of documentation supporting client and matter engagements (for example, engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines). The Client Compliance Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Client Operations: Compliance & Reporting.
Responsibilities
This role supports all procedures related to maintaining client and matter finance data, filing Firm Engagement Letters, and confirming the accuracy of billing information for new business. The specialist will also assist in reviewing Client Guidelines and managing engagement documentation.
