Xpressdocs is seeking an experienced Client Consultant to join our Client Services team.  In this role, you will be responsible for: * Effectively handling telephone, email, and chat requests by processing the information received accurately and efficiently. * Delivering a high level of customer service to every customer. In this position, you will: * Handle all calls and chats in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner. * Provide first call resolution. * To have a good understanding of the significance of customer service and always adhere to a high standard. * Attain the service levels set by leadership. * Recognize the importance of flexibility regarding clocking in/out, breaks, lunches, ensuring service levels are not affected at any time during the shift. * Maintain composure when dealing with difficult customers. * Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. * Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. * Follow-up customer calls where necessary. * Other duties as assigned. This job description outlines the primary responsibilities of the position.  Employees may be required to perform other duties required as assigned by management to meet the needs of the organization.
