JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while providing exceptional customer support. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred, especially in English and other languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client services is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with call center operations is a plus, including phone etiquette and outbound calling experience.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
