Position Overview: Mersat Environmental Services is seeking a Contracts Executive Female to join our dynamic team. The Contracts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing all contract-related activities while actively supporting the sales & Upselling process. This role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients, retaining existing customers and bringing new business opportunities from existing customers.

· Strong Communication skills : Clear and Concise Presentations: Ability to present complex contract terms or product offerings in an easily understandable way to clients and stakeholders.
· Persuasion and Influence: Effectively persuade clients during contract negotiations and sales pitches, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Client Interaction: Clearly articulate solutions, address client concerns, and maintain professional dialogue throughout the sales and contract lifecycle.
· Sales Expertise : Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients, while fostering strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.
· Sales Pitch & Presentation: Tailor persuasive sales pitches to client needs, delivering clear and compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of products/services.
· Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company.
· Product Knowledge & Customization: Deeply understand the company’s offerings and customize solutions to meet specific client requirements, increasing the likelihood of successful sales.
· CRM & Sales Analytics: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales progress, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies, forecast sales, and meet targets.
· Contractual knowledge : involves the ability to draft clear and legally sound contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. It includes strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and the ability to identify and manage risks in contracts. Additionally, it requires overseeing contract administration to ensure proper execution, meeting deadlines, and addressing any issues or disputes that arise throughout the contract lifecycle.
· Organization and time management are crucial skills for balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently. This involves prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency, managing resources effectively, and staying organized to track progress. Strong time management allows for optimal use of working hours, ensuring that both short-term and long-term goals are met without compromising quality or productivity.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    1. Contracts Management:

      · Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and comply with legal requirements.

      · Ensure all contracts are aligned with company policies, protecting company interests and minimizing risks.

      · Maintain a comprehensive database of all active and historical contracts for easy retrieval and reference.

      · Coordinate with legal teams to address any legal concerns or disputes related to contracts.

      · Monitor contract performance and assist in contract renewals or extensions as needed.

      · Provide guidance and support to other departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations, technical etc.) to ensure contract compliance.

    7. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES :

    · Ensure all contract renewals, new sales contract records and client communications are properly documented and stored in the company data base.
    · Ensure that all necessary information is included in contract files and is easily accessible for future references.
