Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Review benefit plan and other documentation for accuracy and quality control.
  • Submit requests for educational materials in support of open enrollment and other account activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce in support of our clients and Account Managers.
  • Create and update custom documentation such as customized benefits summaries, SBCs and presentations.
  • Assist with on-site open enrollment and wellness events when needed.
  • Submit maintenance requests as needed for timely upkeep of client records.
  • Perform quality control and accuracy checks within the Salesforce system including renewal applications and proof-reading.
  • Submit, monitor and track initiatives and processes such as Extra-Contractual Pay Beyond requests.
  • Submit reporting requests for clients and Account Managers such as deductible reports for carry-overs, 5500/Schedule A requests and other reporting as needed.
  • Develops and maintains a positive working AMs Support relationship with the staff to identify and meet their business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • In-office : onsite 5 days per week
  • Hybrid: onsite 2-4 days per week
  • Remote: onsite 0-1 days per week. Permitted to reside in the following states, pending approval from the Human Resources Department: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virgini
