OB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Clients Coordinator to join our dynamic accounting firm. This role is central to ensuring outstanding client service by coordinating communications, managing deadlines, and supporting the firm’s accounting professionals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tax preparation cycles and accounting firm operations.

    Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding appointments, documentation, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings between clients and accountants; manage calendar changes efficiently.
  • Support client onboarding by gathering required information and setting up client accounts.
  • Track and follow up on client deliverables such as tax documents, financial records, and signed forms.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other firm software systems.
  • Ensure timely communication of deadlines and important dates to clients and staff.
  • Coordinate digital and physical filing of sensitive documents in compliance with firm policies.
  • Assist with billing and invoice follow-up as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to accounting teams during tax season and other high-volume periods.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting retention and client satisfaction.
