JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our clients’ needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an office setting with strong communication and sales skills
  • Proven experience with call centre, collections, cold calling, door to door sales is an absolute must.
  • Proficiency in technology.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an absolute must.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong resolution communication skills are required.
  • Proven ability to work through conflict or stressful situations.
