Job Description We’re looking for a Client Data Analyst to join our Client Guidelines, Documentation and Data team. In this role, you’ll help us deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of client data across our platforms. What you’ll be doing: Managing and maintaining client data records, working closely with colleagues and clients to keep information up to date Ensuring client records, contacts and distribution lists across platforms and data masters are accurate and relevant Investigating client data issues and identifying root causes by collaborating with stakeholders to support positive client outcomes Applying agreed changes to platforms and data masters within service level agreements Building and maintaining strong working relationships with wider stakeholder teams Evaluating current processes and implementing continuous improvements to enhance the client service offering Working with data teams to ensure data master designs are scalable, sustainable and aligned to requirements Supporting the broader Client Guidelines, Documentation and Data team during busy periods and helping balance workload fluctuations Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience working with client data, ideally within investment management or a similar environment Understanding of investment products, strategies and the wider asset management landscape Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and make well‑reasoned judgements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across teams A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities A continuous improvement mindset with enthusiasm for refining processes and enhancing client experience Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment IOC, IMC or another relevant qualification (or equivalent industry experience) desirable but not essential Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
